identifying, defining, and analyzing the various types, sizes, grades, and purposes of fasteners and hardware
the differences between reusable and consumable hardware and materials
selecting and using the correct tools for specific jobs
how to correctly handle, care for, and store tools, equipment, and materials
understanding and exercising safety precautions, and the proper use of personal protective equipment
roadside safety tips on assessing and managing common issues that can arise when out riding
Please note: Metric hardware and tools will be used during the hands-on portions of this class, but the basic concepts and principles are equally applicable to SAE hardware
